Batch Verification Workflow

How batch verification works end-to-end on the certify platform.

Collect Hashes
Gather SHA-256 credential hashes from candidates, ATS systems, or internal databases.

Submit Batch
Upload via web interface (text/CSV/JSON) or POST to the REST API with up to 500 hashes.

Parallel Processing
certify queries the PostgreSQL database in parallel. Each hash is matched against indexed credentials.

Status Resolution
Each credential is classified: verified, revoked, not_found, or invalid format.

Results & Export
Download results as CSV, JSON, or PDF. Integration with HR systems via webhooks.
