How a batch runs

Collect hashes
Gather SHA-256 credential hashes from candidates, ATS systems, or internal databases.

Submit batch
Upload via the web interface (text, CSV, or JSON) or POST to the REST API with up to 500 hashes.

Parallel processing
certify queries the database in parallel. Each hash is matched against indexed credentials.

Status resolution
Each credential is classified: verified, revoked, not found, or invalid format.
05
Results and export
Download results as CSV, JSON, or PDF. Integrate with HR systems via webhooks.
